The Lake Norman
Dive Club was formed for the primary purpose of gaining access to the Piedmont
Dive and Rescue Association quarries. These quarries provide excellent
opportunities for land-locked divers to maintain and develop their skills, do
equipment checks, and just have fun while in between those real dive trips that
always seem too far apart. PDRA accepts memberships only through dive clubs.
We believe the
price is a bargain for the above mentioned benefits. In addition the PDRA holds
a Treasure Hunt most years with lots of great prizes for dues paying members.
This one day alone can offset your dues.
If you would like to join us, print out and complete the LNDC application form found here. Now go to the PDRA link and print out the two forms found there, application form and statement of understanding. Complete them, and they must be notarized. The LNDC form does not. Now mail all three forms with your check to Lake Norman Dive Club at the Lake Norman Dive Club address. We will take it from there.
